Programs & Possibilities
Mindfulness in the ClassroomStudents learn a variety of mindfulness practices based primarily on the Mindful Schools curriculum. The program is fun, accessible, and can be structured to fit virtually any teacher's hectic classroom schedule. (Learn more about the Mindful Schools curriculum here.)

Mindfulness in NatureThe natural world offers endless opportunities for mindful engagement, and being outdoors can create dramatic shifts in students' attitudes toward any subject. Programs can be custom-tailored to meet your needs with experiences ranging from interpretive nature hikes to content-specific explorations in science, art, language arts, and more.

Mindful Team BuildingWorking effectively with others is a critical skill in all aspects of life--a skill dramatically enhanced when coupled with mindfulness. Students develop their abilities to communicate, collaborate, problem-solve and compromise through a variety of fun and challenging activities. Mindful reflection on, and sharing about, these experiences is a critical element of this program.
